What area are you based in?

We primarily serve South Coast, London and surrounding areas, but depending on the project, we may be able to travel further. Get in touch to discuss your location and project needs.

What services does Mode provide?

We deliver complete MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) packages for luxury residential projects, covering electrical installations, heating and plumbing, MVHR ventilation, air conditioning, intelligent lighting, home automation, security and CCTV, fire detection, AV, and renewable energy systems, all under one roof.

What types of projects do you work on?

We specialise in high-specification new builds and premium fit-outs, from individual luxury homes to multi-unit residential developments. Our team is equally comfortable on ground-up construction and complex refurbishments of listed or period properties.

Do you provide a single point of contact for all systems, or do we need separate contractors?

A single point of contact. Our turnkey approach means one team coordinates electrical, heating, ventilation, smart home, security and renewables from design through to commissioning, removing the need to manage multiple specialist subcontractors.

Can you design and install smart home automation systems such as Control4?

Yes. We design, programme and install Control4 systems for lighting, climate, AV, and security integration, tailored to how each home will actually be used, with full handover documentation and ongoing support available.

Do you handle renewable energy installations like solar PV and heat pumps?

We do. Our scope includes air source heat pumps, solar PV with battery storage, and underfloor heating, all designed to current Building Regulations and, where applicable, MCS standards for grant eligibility.

When should we bring Mode into a project?

As early as possible, ideally at design stage. Early involvement allows us to coordinate first-fix containment, plant locations and system integration before they’re built into the structure, which avoids costly changes later.
